01 General Terms & Conditions

Pklack (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") provides online betting and gaming services to members in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between pklack and all of its users.

By registering on pklack or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you object to any of these terms, please do not use pklack.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account on pklack, the following conditions must be met. All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful.

• Age restriction: Registrants must be at least 18 years of age. A national ID card or passport may be required for age verification.
• One account only: Only one account is permitted per person, household, or device. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your full name, date of birth, address, and contact details accurately.
• Password protection: Members are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their own account. Never share your password with anyone.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification (KYC) is required for withdrawals above a certain amount.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Pklack supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are handled transparently and securely.

• From your own account: Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Withdrawal Verification: Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Anti-Money Laundering: If any suspicious transaction is detected, pklack reserves the right to report it to the relevant authorities.
• Deposit Limit: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set to manage your personal budget.

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Pklack offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed in the respective offer description.

• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw a bonus, a specified wagering requirement must be met, which is typically a multiple of the bonus amount.
• Time limit: Every bonus has an expiry period. Bonuses that are not used within the specified time will be forfeited.
• Multiple Bonuses: Using multiple bonuses simultaneously is not permitted unless explicitly stated in the offer.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in account suspension and cancellation of all bonuses.
• Welcome Bonus: For new members only, applicable once per account.

05 Betting Rules & Settlement

Separate rules apply to Sports Betting and casino games on pklack. Ensuring fairness and transparency in both is our top priority.

• Sports Betting: Bets can be placed before a match begins or during play (Live Betting). Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Odds Changes: Odds in Live Betting may change at any moment. The odds at the time of confirmation are final.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Erroneous Odds: If incorrect odds are displayed due to an obvious error, pklack reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Maximum Win Limit: A maximum win limit may apply on certain games or events.
• Casino Games: RTP information for all games is available in the respective game descriptions. All outcomes are entirely random and determined by an RNG.

06 Prohibited Activities

Pklack reserves the right to immediately suspend any account and pursue legal action if a user is found engaging in any of the activities listed below.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering under a false identity or impersonating another person.
• Creating artificial bets or betting patterns to exploit bonuses.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate game software.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Using third-party payment methods.
• Money laundering or any transaction involving illegal funds.
• Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks or any other form of system attack.

07 Privacy & Data Protection

08 Responsible Gaming Policy

Pklack believes gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. However, excessive or compulsive gaming can be harmful. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• Time limit: Set a daily limit on how many hours you spend playing games.

09 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Pklack may close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances.

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• If suspicious information is found during the identity verification process.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance will be eligible for withdrawal upon closure, unless it has been forfeited due to fraudulent activity.

10 Changes & Updates to Terms and Conditions

Pklack reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Members will be notified at least 7 days in advance of any significant changes.
